We create, plan and deliver successful events on behalf of your business.

While events can often get complicated, there is nothing the Sanford team cannot organise. We love a challenge and as no two events are ever the same, we are continuously seeking solutions for our clients now and in the future. From personalised itinerary, group activities or as far as branded ice sculptures – we can do it all.

 

Our process is simple and effective:

 

Create

We offer creative ideas for your programme and develop detailed schedules, including venue research with site inspections if needed. We’ll manage and maintain budgets and, of course, we organise flights, transfers and accommodation.

 

Plan

We plan events from top to bottom, including all supplier negotiation, correspondence with delegates, online registrations, negotiating venue hire rates and speaker management. With our global network of contacts we can organise events overseas and are always learning about the latest in event management.

 

Deliver

We offer buying power to get you the best rates for your event. Our technology and software are built to make reservations and management smooth and easy to track. With our pre- and post-touring options and onsite management, we’ll be there before, during and after your event. When it’s all wrapped up we’ll also run an evaluation and report back with recommendations, because we want to make each of your events better than the last.
