Join Leading Hotel's Remarkable Culinary Tour with Renowned Australian Chef Guy Grossi!

We are excited to announce that Leading Hotels of the World have partnered with critically acclaimed Australian chef Guy Grossi to create two incredible culinary tours from Tuscany to Milan. 

The tours, taking place in 2018, will allow travelers to cook with Guy Grossi and other notable chefs. Travelers will also have the luxury of enjoying superb fine dining and will visit beautiful vineyards with fresh produce from the regions of Grosseto, Florence, Bologna and Milan. 


Who is Guy Grossi?

Guy Grossi is a renowned Australian chef and author who owns various restaurants including Grossi Florentino and Ombra Salumi Bar. Recognized as one of the country's experts on cooking Italian food, Grossi is passionate around sharing his knowledge of ingredients and ideas around the future of food and hospitality to those interested. He also commits much of his personal time to assisting young people in need. 

What dates will the tours run? 

The culinary tours will run from Monday the 21st May to Thursday the 31st May and from Monday the 20th of August to Thursday the 30th of August 2018. 

Whats included?

Individuals who take part in this incredible experience will be treated to 10 nights in luxury accommodation at iconic Leading Hotels in Florence, Bologna and Milan and will be transferred to and from accommodation. Travelers will not only have the chance to cook alongside with chef Guy Grossi but will also get to taste all meals and selected beverages for no cost. 


Where will we visit?

The below itinerary follows as:

  • Day 1-3: Tuscany: Hotel L'andana: Enjoy this authentic country house among hectares of Tuscan vineyards. Explore the area and pick fresh produce as you go before beginning your first cooking lesson. 
  • Day 4-6: Florence: Hotel Villa Cora: Take in the breathtaking views of Florence whilst you dine at the Bellevue Terrace. View a butchery demonstration, discover traditional cuisine and taste Guy Grossi's favorite Italian dishes. 
  • Day 7-8: Bologna: Grand Hotel Majestic Gia Baglioni: Taste Bologna's famous bolognese sauce and tour through the medieval "botteghe" market to purchase some boutiques. 
  • Day 9-10: Milan: Grand Hotel Et De Milan: Vist Milan attractions and enjoy your last group cooking experience with chef Guy Grossi
